Orders usually arrive within a week to 10 days from the date that it is shipped but could vary depending on location, day of the week shipped etc. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 U.S States. Shipping outside the 48 U.S. States including Hawaii & Alaska are shipped USPS First Class. All Payments need to clear before orders can be shipped.
For orders to be shipped overnight the same day, they must be received before 12:00 P.S.T. otherwise the order will be shipped the following business day. We are not currently offering any weekend deliveries.
We offer International shipping to anywhere in the world. Right now we are only currently offering flat rate shipping outside of the U.S. Your International shipping calculations are shown upon checkout in your shopping cart. International shipping times vary but could be anywhere from 2-5 weeks delivery time.
Refunds, store credits or exchanges will only be issued if the return is as a result of the item being "not as described". For example, if you ordered a large and were shipped a medium, a return will be approved. For your convenience, product measurements are provided on each product page as well as our size guide
The item must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date. You must NOTIFY us that you wish to return the item back by completing the return authorization request form below.
Returns are accepted only if the merchandise is in original condition. Clothes must be unused and unwashed. All lingerie sales are final and not eligible for exchange or return.
No refund for Shipping & Handling costs. Any item purchased with free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the price when refund is issued. Buyer is responsible for exchange item S&H cost. If you have any question, please contact us prior to purchase and we get back to you as soon as possible!
Mail the package to the address below within the 7 day return period from the date the package was delivered to you by the post office, not from when you opened the box. When we get it back, we will send you your store credit or refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days. We are not responsible for lost items that are left with no signature or insurance.
